Are Titan products safe?

Yes. All Titan Clean products are formulated with 100% bio-based, plant-derived ingredients — no petroleum chemicals, no harsh fumes, no toxic residue. They're designed to be safe for use in homes with children and pets. As with any cleaning product, keep out of reach of children and avoid direct contact with eyes.

What does "bio-based" mean?

Bio-based means our ingredients are derived from renewable, plant-based sources rather than petroleum. This means no synthetic chemicals, a smaller environmental footprint, and products that break down naturally — without compromising on cleaning power.

Are your products USDA BioPreferred certified?

Yes. Our Bathroom Cleaning formulation carries the USDA BioPreferred certification — a federally recognized designation that verifies a product meets strict bio-based content standards. It's one of the most credible eco-certifications available. Our Eco pro 100 will be certified soon, and we have several other cleaning products on the way.

What surfaces can I use EcoPro 100 on?

EcoPro 100 is safe and effective on countertops, tile, stainless steel, sealed hardwood, appliances, sinks, stovetops, bathroom surfaces, and more. It's your one cleaner for the whole home.

What surfaces is the Bathroom Cleaner designed for?

The Professional Strength Bathroom Cleaner is formulated for tile, grout, toilets, sinks, tubs, shower doors, and chrome fixtures. It tackles soap scum, hard water stains, mildew, and grime.

Can I use Titan cleaners on natural stone like marble or granite?

We recommend testing on an inconspicuous area first. For unsealed natural stone, use a pH-neutral cleaner specifically formulated for stone surfaces.

Towels

Are the microfiber towels reusable and machine washable?

Yes! Both the Titan Towel and the Streak Free Glass & Mirror Towel are machine washable and built to last hundreds of washes. Wash separately from cotton to maintain microfiber performance.

Do I need to use a cleaner with the towels, or can I use them dry?

The towels work great with Titan bio-based cleaners for a full clean. They can also be used slightly damp on their own for light dusting and surface wiping.
